How Each Arrangement Is Prepared
Every Sineqar arrangement begins with a consultation to establish the programme structure — session times, transfer points, delegate numbers, and venue access requirements. From this, a route plan is prepared and shared with drivers before the event day.
For multi-vehicle packages, a coordinator is present on-site to manage vehicle dispatch, respond to schedule changes, and keep the transport side of the programme running in parallel with the event itself. Post-programme summaries are provided for multi-day engagements.
